Introducing Export to Google Drive: A Smarter Way to Share Your Data
We’re excited to announce our new Google Drive integration — making it easier than ever to get your data where you need it. With just a few clicks, you can now export your results directly to your team’s Google Drive workspace.
Why Google Drive?
Google Drive is where work happens for so many teams. By connecting directly with it, we’re helping you skip the extra steps of downloading, formatting, and re-uploading. Instead, your data flows straight into the tools your organization already knows and trusts.
Whether you’re pulling a weekly report for your team, sharing insights with school partners, or preparing raw data for deeper analysis, this integration makes the process faster and smoother.
Two Flexible Export Options
Depending on how you want to work with your data, you can now:
Export to Google Sheets
Create a new spreadsheet or update an existing one in Drive. Great for quick analysis, lightweight reporting, or collaborative reviews.Export to CSV
Push a CSV file directly into your Drive workspace. This is especially useful for large datasets because CSVs don’t have the 10,000-row limitation that spreadsheets do. It’s the simplest way to ensure you can capture and move everything in one go.
Built-In Flexibility
We’ve also made sure exports aren’t just powerful, but customizable:
Choose custom columns – Focus only on the data you need to share.
Name your exports – Keep files organized and easy to find for your team.
Schedule recurring exports – Automate your workflows so data is always up to date without manual effort.
Imagine scheduling a daily CSV export of enrollment activity, or a weekly Google Sheet with only the columns your leadership team cares about. Once it’s set up, it just works.
What This Means for You
This integration is about more than convenience — it’s about enabling better collaboration. Here’s how we’ve already seen teams using it:
Program directors scheduling repeat exports for their reporting needs
Analysts exporting full CSVs to connect with BI tools for deeper analysis.
Leaders using Google Sheets to review highlights with their teams in near real-time.
No matter your role, exporting directly to Google Drive means fewer bottlenecks, faster sharing, and more time spent on decision-making instead of manual tasks.
How to get started
The Google Drive export option is available today. Next time you try a custom export, you can pick any of the new options as your go-to.
