Avela provides our application and enrollment platform to education providers, including schools, districts, and charter networks. We’re here to help you with a smooth experience!
If you need technical support or guidance using our platform, our self-service Help Desk here can get you rolling.
If you have questions regarding the enrollment process or need support with your account, you’ll need to contact the school or district. Since each provider has different policies and procedures, and Avela isn’t directly involved in that for each client, we are not able to answer those questions. Similarly, if you need support accessing your account, you’ll need to contact the program directly.
