How to Purchase Avela Through TIPS

Contact Avela to request a quote. The quote will clearly reference Avela Inc and TIPS Contract Number 230702.

Step 1: Request a Quote

Merge your PO and TIPS quote into a single PDF — both documents must reference TIPS Contract Number 230702 — and email to tipspo@tips-usa.com.

Step 2: Submit Your PO to TIPS

TIPS will verify your PO and quote for contract compliance and forward them to Avela. You will receive a compliance letter for your records.

Tip: To receive a compliance letter, do not copy Avela when emailing your PO and quote to TIPS.

Step 3: Verification & Compliance

Prefer to send your PO directly to Avela? Send a copy marked "For Recording Purposes Only" to tipspo@tips-usa.com within 30 days of the issue date. TIPS will confirm receipt, though no compliance letter will be issued.

Important Notes:

  • Live POs are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • "For Recording Purposes Only" POs are entered within 10 business days.

  • All vendor instructions must be included directly on the PO — emails to tipspo@tips-usa.com are not seen by Avela.
