Duplicate Detection
Admins can view potential duplicate students (exact name and date of birth match) directly from the student profile view.

Duplicate Prevention
If a parent attempts to create a student already in the organization (same name and date of birth), they receive an error message. This reduces administrative cleanup work and improves data accuracy.
